Scope and Applicability
This protocol provides a step-by-step procedure for imaging zebrafish larvae using whole-body expansion microscopy (whole-body ExM), which enables nanoscale imaging of entire vertebrates. This method allows researchers to investigate the three-dimensional anatomical features of zebrafish larvae with the use of only conventional diffraction-limited optical microscopes.
